Jake is Home!
We left the hospital today at 1:30 and are now home. The little man is good, but mom is tired. After all the work we put into the nursery, I thought he would be more excited than he was. More pictures to come later tonight...

Man - he's a really cute baby!
What a cutie! Bailey has loved looking at Baby Jacob today. She keeps telling him to "wake up Jake"! Hope you are doing great and can't wait to hear the whole story! Love you all!
Dylan carries around the picture of you all at the hospital and tells everyone that this is baby jacob. I know Bryce and Dylan are anxious to meet their new cousin!
